[ Backlight ] If you want to update non-backlit keyboard to backlit one, Plz check there is a backlit-connector on your motherboard so that the backlit feature will work. 4. [Spanish / Portuguese layout] There are 2 kinds Spanish and Portuguese layouts. Usually, Brazil Customers need Brazilian Portuguese keyboards, Portugal Customers need Portugal Portuguese one. Customers from Spain needs Spanish only, Customers from America or Latin America accept Spanish and Latin Spanish keyboards both. Plz compare the pictures carefully. 5. [The Keys] If you need the keys only not whole keyboard, plz contact us to check the design of the key hinges before you place an order. 6. [Installation] You'd better to use an anti-static tool when you are dealing with the internal laptop parts. After installing the keyboard, you need to update the driver for it probably. 7. We tested every keyboard before shipping. If some keys don't work after installed, this is not because keyboard is defective but you don't connect well the ribbon cable of our keyboard with your laptop, plz try to reconnect more times. In addition, plz clean the keyboard connector base on the motherboard and keyboard cable before you install it. Many customers solve this problem after did this. Shipping Information 1.
